Join us for BOTH our Spring and Fall Weekend Women's Camp Out along the American River, just outside of Placerville.

May 2-4, 2025 + October 10-12, 2025
We're gathering in sisterhood for three days at a private campground along the water's edge.
Featuring workshops, rituals, ecstatic dance, song circles, community meals, and more!

3 days, 2 nights of tent camping each weekend
EACH WEEKEND TICKET INCLUDES:
Three-day access to workshops, rituals, ecstatic dance around the fire
1 tent campsite (and parking in a lot down the road) - TENT NOT INCLUDED, campsite size limits to follow- NO CAR CAMPING OR RV CAMPING IS ALLOWED AT THIS SITE
Access to showers, bathrooms, water and limited power access
Meals are not included in this ticket, but meal tickets may be available for purchase ahead of this gathering
DAY PASSES WILL BE RELEASED IN THE MONTHS LEADING UP TO THESE GATHERINGS AS WELL
** This is going to be a rustic campout event. Please come prepared to embrace your inner wild woman and co-create with nature. There will be limited access to electricity and cell services. Participants are expected to bring their own meals, snacks, and all camping supplies. Participants are responsible for setting up their own campsites, however, we will have volunteers available during setup to assist you! Campsite space is limited. We highly recommend sharing a tent/campsite with a sister if you are comfortable and able.
THE FULL LINEUPS WILL BE RELEASED IN THE MONTHS LEADING UP TO OUR GATHERING
PHOTO & LIABILITY POLICY:
As Goddess Night Out strives to be a safe space, we encourage you to limit how much photo/video you're taking of others throughout our weekend together. With that being said, there is a chance you may be captured on camera during our event. By purchasing this ticket, you agree to the following:
I hereby grant Goddess Night Out permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.
I hereby assume all of the risks of participating in any and all activities being conducted by Goddess Night Out and it's collaborators. I waive, release, and discharge Goddess Night Out from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for my personal injury, property damage, property theft, death, disability, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me including my traveling to and from this Goddess Night Out event.
REFUND POLICY:
We do not offer any refunds on Weekend Retreat tickets. This bundle can be transferred to another guest anytime before 4/25/2025.
